breakouts, hayfever and low energy
I felt like I had exhausted all options when I started my True Skin Transformation. I was feeling very down and like I’d never feel comfortable in my own skin, but True Skin Transformation helped me finally achieve that again!
My client had a physically demanding job and a young child she was struggling to keep up with. Her energy was low, PMS felt unbearable and her breakouts were really getting her down. My client was based in the USA and had a job that meant she was up and out of the house by sunrise and didn’t get home until late, but we didn’t let these challenges get in our way!
Angie had suffered with breakouts on and off since her teens but felt it had got a lot worse since having her daughter. She had spent a lot of time researching acne and made changes to her diet and skincare with some improvements, but felt like there was a missing piece in her skin being able to fully heal.
She also suffered with hayfever and had done since she was a child which I believed was linked to her breakouts. I suspected Angie was experiencing histamine intolerance so we got to work reducing her overall histamine load and improving her natural detoxifcation processes.
Our initial focus was on supporting her energy levels and ensuring Angie was absorbing the nutrients in all the wonderful food she was preparing. I also coached Angie on integrating more self care and mindfulness into her daily routine to help with her stress levels and overall emotions.
Within a couple of months Angie noticed an improvement in her mood and energy levels. Spots were taking less time to heal and there were fewer breakouts. Angie was also able to see that her breakouts were most common during the middle of her cycle, around ovulation, which further supported my histamine intolerance theory.
Angie decided to invest in my DNA skin package and the results helped us to further refine her programme. Four months after starting working together Angie and her husband went on a date night where he commented on how clear her skin looked and how much happier she seemed of late.
By continuing to pay attention to her self care and diet, Angie has improved all of her symptoms and has tools to support her health and mental wellbeing for life.
